£18million Offer for Antoine Griezmann

Arsenal have kick-started their summer transfer business by making an £18million offer for Real Sociedad star Antoine Griezmann. The French winger is a long-term target for Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, who reportedly made an offer for him in January. Sociedad insisted he would stay put then, but Arsenal believe the 23-year-old is now up for grabs and have made a formal £18million bid. 

Juventus are also tracking Griezmann and are considering matching Arsenal’s offer, but it’s thought that the player would favour a switch to the Premier League over playing in Italy. Career Maturity Among Students

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the career maturity among students in 4 different schools at Malacca. This study is ex-post facto research. The instrument used to examine career maturity is Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) introduced by Crites (1973). The reliability coefficient which is .77 that obtains in the pilot test. A total of 228 students which made ​​up for the study by using stratified sampling proportion. The researcher has used the descriptive method through the use of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and for inherency methods, researcher has used T-test at .05 the for data analysis. The finding shows that the female students have higher career maturity and competence scale rather than male students. In addition, the finding found that there are different in career maturity, attitude scale and competence scale among those students for the different of school stream and demography of the school. The implication of the study is gender, school different stream and demography are playing a role in the career maturity among student at schools.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tahap kematangan kerjaya pelajar di empat buah sekolah. Kajian ini telah dijalankan di empat buah sekolah di sekitar negeri Melaka. Kajian ini merupakan satu kajian berbentuk ex-post facto. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengkaji tahap kematangan kerjaya pelajar ialah soal selidik ‘Inventori kematangan Kerjaya’ yang diperkenalkan Crites 1973. Instrumen ini memperoleh pekali kebolehpercayaan iaitu .77 melalui kajian rintis. Seramai 228 orang pelajar dipilih berdasarkan kaedah persampelan rawak berlapis dengan menggunakan rawak berstrata mengikut kadar. Pengkaji telah menggunakan kaedah deskriptif iaitu melalui penggunaan taburan kekerapan, peratusan, skor min dan sisihan piawai dan kaedah inferensi iaitu kaedah Ujian-t dengan menggunakan nialai signifikan pada aras .05. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa pelajar perempuan memperoleh tahap kematangan kerjaya dan tahap kecekapan yang lebih tinggi daripada lelaki . Hasil kajian juga mendapati bahawa terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan terhadap tahap kematangan kerjaya, tahap sikap dan tahap kecekapan dalam kematangan kerjaya dalam kalangan pelajar di empat buah sekolah mengikut perbezaan aliran sekolah dan demografi sekolah. Implikasi kajian adalah faktor seperti jantina, jenis aliran sekolah dan demografi sekolah memainkan peranan dalam menentukan tahap kematangan kerjaya pelajar sekolah.

Semuanya berhasil apabila pertukan bijak Arsene Wenger memasukkan Yaya Sonogo berhasil apabila memberi kelebihan ruang kepada Giroud untuk bermain dengan lebih bebas dalam kawasan Hull City. The Gunners seharusnya berterima kasih dan bersyukur kerana mempunyai Konscielny yang mempunyai semangat lawan yang tinggi serta mentaliti untuk menang apabila menjaringkan gol penyamaan melalui tendangan sudut dimana kedudukan pemain tersebut yang tidak memberi kelebihan kepadanya untuk menjaringkan gol. Namun kebijaksanaan untuk melakukan pusingan badan sebelum menyentuh bola terus melalui celahan kaki penjaga gol Hull City adalah antara babak penting perlawanan. Pemain antarabangsa Perancis itu kini dalam pembikinan untuk menjadi Hero Status dalam skuad Arsenal dan amat penting kepada pembangunan skuad The Gunners untuk dua atau tiga musm lagi.
